Carolyn Monjoi (MOJO) was born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey, right across the river from the Big Apple.
After several years of working with law firms as a legal secretary/assistant, Carolyn transitioned into the employment sector, a perfect match for her outgoing personality and skills. She spent 25 years in the industry, 11 of those as co-owner of a successful staffing company, the Temp Connection.
Committed to community service in Tucson, Carolyn is either now, or has been, a member of several non-profit boards, including the Arthritis Foundation, Special Olympics, Southern Arizona Community Diaper Bank, the Arthritis Center at the University of Arizona and the YWCA of Tucson. She is presently raising needed funds for children with juvenile arthritis and refers to her team as the Supporters of Dreams.
Her passions include musical theatre, football, listening to jazz, attempts at healthy living and spending time with treasured friends.
