Carolyn Monjoi was born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey, right across the river from the Big Apple. She escaped from the cold and snow and moved to the Tucson desert in 1968.

After several years of working with law firms as an attorney assistant, Carolyn transitioned into the employment sector, a perfect match for her outgoing personality and skills. She spent 20 years in the industry, 11 of those as co-owner of a successful staffing company.

Committed to community service in Tucson, Carolyn is either now, or has been, a member of several non-profit boards, including the Arthritis Foundation, Special Olympics, Community Diaper Bank, the Arthritis Center and the YWCA. Being a Member of Women at the Top for 12 years, gave her the opportunity to form a network of close, personal and business relationships. Her passions include musical theatre, football, listening to the trombone, attempts at healthy living and spending time with treasured friends.
